  1. I really like new dashboards – it is so easy now to create a new dashboard, input some charts and views, customize them, share and view them in Outlook(this is just awesome)!
    The other one is team record ownership – now we can easily work with team record.

  2. I want to know more about using Solutions and Publishers. We have regional and global development teams and are trying to figure out the best way to manage this new functionality with so many different people working on the same organization.

    Also excited to learn more about Ribbon Customization best practices!

  3. an amazing dashboard, i think, with user level customization. also easy marketing process including campaign management.
    and for developer, it’s not too hard to find perfect match to the customer’s business process and applied ‘plug n play’ solution for many different customers.
    that’s make me want to explore the crm2011 feature more.

  4. have critical requirements to work in custom workflow,plugin solutions, XRM Service methods(late binding & Early binding) in order to meet our client objectives. As I’ve minimal knowlege on this, I want to explore more on it. Also looking forward to know more about the json, jquery and embedding silverlight with MSCRM & impressive dashboards.
